This very 18th-Century-looking man in the picture is none other than Felipe (Philip) V of Spain, the first Bourbon monarch rule here. His reign is the longest in Spanish history, spanning nearly 50 years, and his policies and reforms would have a major impact on Spain. The Spain that we know today has its roots from this period and so there is a lot to talk about. Listen and enjoy!
